Age UK Head Office - M&E Contract
In 2013, JDS successfully tendered for the M&E Services Contract for Age UK Head Office in London. Following a competitive tender JDS started the contract in January 2014.
Tavis House is a 10-floor office building with a café on ground floor. Our contract includes the maintenance and reactive support for the HVAC systems, electrical PPM and specialist services such as water treatment.
With the site being operational during normal working hours, maintaining the assets to avoid disruption is challenging. Therefore, JDS manages a 24/7 support contract with certain elements of maintenance being undertaken out of normal working hours, on assets such as the fan coil units.
JDS provide an ongoing maintenance strategy for compliance and performance delivered by our dedicated and trusted engineering team.
