Dover Street, London is a building comprising of lettable units and apartments over 6 floors. We have been providing our services at these premises since October 2015.
Our contract consists of weekly visits to carry out planned maintenance jobs as well and any ad hoc tasks required by our client. We ensure that there is a dedicated engineer assigned to the site, with additional fully trained engineers with site knowledge available to provide back up support in the event of absence or additional cover if required from our client.
Our qualified M&E engineers provide the maintenance and reactive cover of the Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. In addition to the above we also manage several specialist contractor services including water treatment, drainage, fire alarm system and lighting controls.
Our services are delivered through our Flagship maintenance division which provides premium service levels from our management support teams and client focused resident engineer.
