Our technical starting point means we can mobilise contracts very quickly. We have a dedicated mobilisation team led by a senior manager who reports directly to our Managing Director to ensure everything runs smoothly
Once your contract is in place we will be in regular contact to keep you up-to-date with current maintenance, service calls and project works. We will also arrange regular meetings with you to ensure our objectives are aligned.
You will have access to our PPM portal for instant access to real time performance information, industry and manufacturer information and health and safety documentation so you have everything you need at your fingertips.
Our focus is on preventive maintenance because this is the best way to give you systems you can rely on. However, for complete peace of mind, all our contracts include our 24 hour, 365 day per year emergency service call out facility as standard.
