Our Management Team
Matt oversees the managing and running of the company. He is an engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the building services industry. His hands on approach ensures he is closely in touch with all the company’s clients and works.
Kim is an account manager on several accounts and attends review meetings and site audits. She also provides invaluable support to our management teams.
Managing our regional offices, Ross provides leadership of our Management team who in turn are responsible for a portfolio of clients and a team of staff members. With his experience over the last ten years at JDS, Ross is key to the successful running of the Operations side of the business.
Claire oversees the running of Finance and Operations Departments. She is also an Account Manager for several of our accounts and ensure the smooth running of our CRM system.
Jaylee is our Quality and Administration Manager and oversees the running of our office and administration teams. She also obtains and renews all our company accreditations.
Managing a team of dedicated engineers with support from his supervisors, James oversees a portfolio of key clients and their contracts. With his technical background and knowledge, James is key to the successful running of contracts and small works.
Martin oversees our National Healthcare Division. With many years’ within the industry, Martin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in this specialised sector.
Mark is responsible for the quoting and running of projects at JDS. With many years’ experience in the industry, Mark can price all types of works in the industry.
