Matt Newing

Managing Director

Matt oversees the managing and running of the company. He is an engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the building services industry. His hands on approach ensures he is closely in touch with all the company’s clients and works.

Kim Newing

Company Secretary

Kim is an account manager on several accounts and attends review meetings and site audits. She also provides invaluable support to our management teams.

Phil Griffiths

Director

Phil oversees the running of our northern office. He is an engineer with over 30 years’ experience.

Claire Moroney

Finance and Operations Manager

Claire oversees the running of Finance and Helpdesk Departments. She is also an account manager for several of our accounts.

Jaylee James

Quality and Administration Manager

Jaylee is our Quality and Administration Manager and oversees the running of our office and administration teams. She also obtains and renews all our company accreditations.

Ross Kelso

Contract Manager

Managing a team of dedicated engineers with support from his supervisors, Ross oversees a portfolio of key clients and their contracts. With his experience from working on the tools and his extensive site knowledge, Ross is key to the successful running of contracts and small works.

Projects Manager

Mark is responsible for the quoting and running of projects at JDS. With many years’ experience in the industry, Mark can price all types of works in the industry.
